We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical care at our Sherman Oaks and Palmdale locations. This is a hands-on patient care role with a focus on medical weight loss management and aesthetic injectables. You will work alongside a supportive clinical team, our physician medical director, and our patient care coordinators to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

What You'll Do

• ● Evaluate, treat, and manage patients enrolled in our medical weight loss programs, including those on GLP-1 receptor agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide), phentermine, and other weight loss medications
• ● Perform aesthetic injectable services including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, etc.) and dermal fillers
• ● Conduct comprehensive new patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• ● Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols as needed, and provide ongoing clinical support
• ● Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, medication adherence, and realistic goal setting
• ● Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in our EHR
• ● Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain the highest standards of patient safety and care
• ● Active California NP license in good standing with no restrictions
• ● Active DEA registration
• ● Hands-on experience with aesthetic injections — neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• ● Strong clinical judgment and an ability to work independently within your scope of practice
• ● Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills
• ● Reliable, professional, and committed to patient outcomes
• ● Familiarity with weight loss medications, especially GLP-1 protocols, dosing, side effect management, and patient counseling
• ● Bilingual English/Spanish — a significant portion of our patient base is Spanish-speaking, and bilingual providers connect more effectively with these patients
• ● Sales or consultative selling background — our patients invest in their health, and the ability to confidently discuss treatment packages, present options, and help patients commit to their plan is valuable
