ADON / Infection Preventionist (RN)
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
A healthcare facility in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Infection Preventionist (IP) to support the Director of Nursing and lead clinical operations. This role is ideal for a strong RN leader with a focus on quality care, compliance, and infection control.
Key Responsibilities:
Support oversight of nursing operations and clinical staff
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Lead infection prevention and control initiatives
Coordinate staff education, training, and in-services
Maintain regulatory compliance and communication across teams
Assist with staffing, recruitment, and performance management
Oversee competency evaluations and corrective action plans
Qualifications:
Active RN license (PA)
5+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred
3+ years of supervisory experience in LTC/sub-acute preferred
Infection control experience preferred
Familiarity with EMR systems
Willingness to complete IP certification within 3–6 months
