Gardner Animal Care Center is currently seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian! This clinic is great for a veterinarian that is looking to practice advanced medicine with a great support system. We treat everyone like family here - and that's why we have the best loyal clients!

We're also very excited to expand the services we provide at our clinic - do you bring something fun to the table? Tell us! We'd love to offer acupuncture, physical therapy, or anything else you enjoy! Prefer later nights? We'd love to offer it! Wanna do half GP, half urgent care? Let's do it! The world is your oyster!

When not working, Gardner is conveniently located an hour and 15 minutes from Boston and Springfield. We are also close to Mt. Wachusett mountain with hiking during the summer and skiing during the winter. If you are looking forward to staying home, Gardner has multiple parks and playgrounds, a community swimming pool, youth programs, a new dog park, annual Gardner Food Truck Festival and miles of biking/hiking trails. During the summer months, it is not uncommon to see family and friends enjoying movies or concerts together at Monument Park.

Qualifications 

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) . 

  • Compassionate, team-oriented approach. 

  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs. 

Responsibilities  

  • Lead and mentor the veterinary team while upholding medical standards.  

  • Develop and implement medical protocols.  

  • Perform routine and advanced surgeries.  

  • Interpret lab results to support accurate diagnoses.  

  • Educate and build strong relationships with clients.
