Job Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Consent Caller who is fluent in both Spanish and English to conduct consent calls with patients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consent calls with patients in Spanish and English.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients.
• Explain the purpose of the call and obtain the required consent.
• Verify and document patient information accurately.
• Maintain proper records of all calls and patient interactions.
• Follow established calling scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
• Escalate patient queries or concerns to the appropriate team.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable handling patient calls professionally.
• Good computer skills and ability to use basic office applications.
• Previous healthcare/customer service/calling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
• Willingness to work US shift timings, 6 days a week.

Compensation

Maximum Budget: ₹40,000 per month
