We are a Dubai-based healthcare recruitment and workforce solutions company specializing in deploying NCLEX-qualified international nurses to leading hospitals and healthcare systems worldwide. As part of our strategic expansion into the United States, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with strong connections across nonprofit and university hospitals.


Role Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing partnerships with not-for-profit hospitals, university hospitals, and large healthcare systems across the U.S. who require NCLEX-qualified nursing talent. The role requires a well-connected professional with deep industry knowledge, strong influence, and the ability to generate job orders while working closely with our Dubai headquarters.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish partnerships with U.S. nonprofit hospitals, university hospitals, and healthcare systems seeking NCLEX-qualified nurses.
  • Leverage existing relationships and networks within the healthcare industry to generate new business opportunities.
  • Secure job orders / staffing contracts for international nurse deployment.
  • Work closely with our Dubai-based operations team to coordinate nurse placement and onboarding.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and networking events across the U.S.
  • Provide regular market updates, competitor analysis, and business development strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all U.S. healthcare staffing regulations and ethical recruitment standards.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen with legal work eligibility.
  • 5–10 years of proven business development experience in the U.S. healthcare industry, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions.
  • Strong and active professional network within hospital leadership, including HR, Nursing Administration, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning teams.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring staffing contracts with hospitals or healthcare institutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a part-time consultant or freelancer.
  • Knowledge of U.S. immigration, licensing, NCLEX, or international nurse recruitment is an advantage.
