We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cardiologist to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering patient-centered, comprehensive cardiovascular care. The ideal candidate will share our passion for promoting heart health and preventive care within underserved and diverse communities. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of cardiovascular conditions including hypertension, heart disease, and heart failure
     
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests
     
  • Develop personalized care plans and collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to ensure continuity of care
     
  • Provide patient education on lifestyle modifications, risk factor management, and long-term cardiac health
     
  • Participate in community health initiatives and screenings to raise awareness about cardiovascular wellness
     
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system in compliance with clinical guidelines and organizational policies
     
  • Support BMS’s integrative health model by working closely with behavioral health, nutrition, and social services teams
     


Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school  
  • Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology  
  • Valid New York State medical license and DEA registration  
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to culturally competent care  
  • Experience working in community health or underserved populations preferred
