About This Role

Medical Assistant | Client Care Coordinator (Front & Back Office)

We are seeking a highly capable, grounded Medical Assistant who can confidently support both front and back office operations — including phlebotomy.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both clinical precision and elevated client experience. You will be the bridge between medical excellence and seamless hospitality, helping ensure that every client feels informed, safe, and genuinely cared for.

This is a leadership-support role for someone who can take initiative, anticipate needs, and uphold the GoBeyond standard in every interaction.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Responsibilities (Back Office):

  • Perform phlebotomy confidently and safely
  • Assist provider during aesthetic and medical procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms with precision and organization
  • Maintain sterile technique and infection control standards
  • Document accurately in EMR
  • Manage clinical inventory and supplies
  • Support post-procedure care instructions and follow-up

Front Office Responsibilities (as needed):

  • Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Support consult flow and scheduling coordination
  • Educate clients on treatment preparation and next steps
  • Assist with intake forms and consent verification
  • Maintain a calm, elevated front desk environment
  • Maintaining daily flow and team communication

What You Need

  • Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
  • Phlebotomy certification + confident blood draw experience (Required)
  • 2+ years experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or dematology
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional, polished communication
  • Ability to lead by example and support team culture
  • Calm under pressure with strong clinical judgment
