What You'll Do

As the Clinic Director, you will lead day-to-day clinic operations while continuing to provide direct patient care. This dual role offers the opportunity to impact your patients and your team. Responsibilities include:

• Developing individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving functional outcomes
• Treating a wide variety of conditions including orthopedic injuries, sports-related injuries, spinal disorders, neurological conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care
• Applying evidence-based practices and leveraging modern technology to enhance outcomes
• Managing clinic operations, mentoring staff, and promoting a positive, patient-focused culture
