Clinical Review Nurse

Job Summary:

AEMtec GmbH is hiring a Remote Clinical Review Nurse to support clinical quality assurance and research-driven healthcare operations. This role involves reviewing patient records, ensuring documentation accuracy, and supporting care coordination—all from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review patient records and clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness
2. Validate treatment plans against established medical guidelines
3. Provide feedback to internal teams on care documentation quality
4. Collaborate with providers and research staff to support clinical trials and telehealth services
5. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company protocols
6. Support remote data entry and documentation audits

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical or utilization review experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
• Proficiency with EHR systems and remote communication tools
• Reliable internet and home workspace
