About the Role
This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role suited to a Registered Psychologist with 3+ years’ experience, who is energised by dynamic consulting environments and passionate about building capability in individuals and across organisational systems.
This opportunity provides the chance to influence leadership, culture, and team performance across a diverse client portfolio, including government and private sector organisations across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver psychometric assessment projects, including administration, interpretation, and client debriefs for mid-level managers and below.
- Drive the speed and quality of proposal execution to support strong win-rates.
- Support with managing the psychometric assessment platform and other psychometric tools, overseeing licence compliance and ensuring accurate delivery.
- Facilitate psychometric accreditation sessions and professional development workshops.
- Analyse employee experience data, generate insights into presentations, and assist with survey design, benchmarking, and platform configuration (including Qualtrics).
- Support internal projects such as career coaching, competency modelling, 360-degree feedback, and assessment development centres.
- Assist with tender and proposal preparation, contributing to business development and account planning strategies.
- Participate in client meetings, providing technical and specialist support.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless account development and delivery.
The Ideal Candidate
- Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
- Proven experience in the application of psychometric tools and organisational development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-based consulting environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster trusted relationships.
- Working knowledge of platforms such as Talegent and Qualtrics (highly desirable).
- A proactive and commercial mindset, with the confidence to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
- An undergraduate degree in psychology (mandatory) and ideally a post-graduate qualification (or working towards) Masters in Organisational Psychology, behavioural science or human resources.
