Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote operations team. This entry level role focuses on accurate and efficient data processing, transaction recording, and record maintenance to support our financial operations, compliance efforts, and national field activities. Key Responsibilities

•  Accurately enter and process cash receipts, disbursements, deposits, wire transfers, and other financial transactions into internal systems and databases.

•  Update and maintain client account records, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.

•  Prepare and maintain basic transaction logs, summaries, and daily or weekly reports for internal review.

•  Input and organize data to support key performance indicator dashboards and performance tracking tools.

•  Assist in organizing, scanning, uploading, and categorizing compliance documentation, regulatory filings, and operational records for national operations.

•  Perform regular data verification and quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies.

•  Follow established data entry protocols, confidentiality guidelines, and compliance standards at all times.

•  Collaborate with team members to resolve data related queries and support smooth daily operations.

•  Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on data workflows and tools.

Qualifications and Requirements

•  Exceptional attention to detail and strong focus on accuracy.

•  Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, simple formulas, and formatting.

•  Reliable, professional attitude with excellent time management and self motivation, especially important in a fully remote setting.

•  Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.

•  Comfortable working with confidential financial and compliance information.

•  Access to a reliable computer, high speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace for remote work.
