Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures 
  • Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments 
  • Help create a calm, positive experience for pediatric patients 
  • Take and process dental X-rays as needed 
  • Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols 
  • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care 
  • Accurately document clinical notes and maintain patient records 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
  • Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification required
  • CPR/BLS certification required or willingness to obtain
  • Previous dental assisting experience preferred; pediatric experience a plus
  • Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and safety protocols 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment 
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused demeanor

Salary Description
$20-$25 hourly
