Led by Dr. Enas Nimri, DDS, our established Houston practice blends clinical precision with a warm, patient-centered approach. We’ve built a loyal following, a strong local reputation, and a full schedule — and we’re ready to add the right doctor to our team.

This is a 4-day/week opportunity with real production potential and true clinical autonomy.

What You’ll Walk Into

• PPO & Fee-for-Service only (no Medicaid)
• Consistent new patient flow
• Established, loyal patient base
• Fully digital practice with 3D scanners
• Efficient, experienced support team
• Optional annual mission trips

You’ll have the support to do great dentistry — without micromanagement.

Compensation & Growth

• $160,000+ guaranteed salary
• Production-based earning with no cap
• Paid malpractice
• Health benefits at 20+ hours
• 401(k) eligible immediately
• $1,500 annual CE allowance + in-house education

We’re Looking For a Doctor Who:

• Holds a DDS/DMD with an active Texas license
• Is confident in restorative, crown & bridge, extractions, endo, and digital workflow
• Values patient relationships
• Communicates clearly and works collaboratively
• Wants to grow clinically and financially

Implant placement experience is a plus — not required.
