The private practice seeks a general dentist to start immediately in Athol, MA. The client is willing to provide mentorship to young dentists.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures

Practice Information

• Office Hours: Monday - Thursday
• Facility: Modern office with digital x-rays and paperless charting
• Patient Demographics: Established patient base, primarily adults
• Team: Experienced and supportive staff working cohesively

Compensation

• Base Salary: $200k - $350k per year
• Production-Based Compensation: Very competitive percentage
• Additional Benefits: Health insurance, 401K, continuing education stipend

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• Valid MA dental license
• CPR certification
• Willingness to engage with the Athol community
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
