Job Summary:

Geisinger Community Medicine is seeking family medicine and med/peds trained physicians for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania.

This site qualifies for H1B visa sponsorship, a $10k geography stipend in addition to up to $250k Recruitment Incentive.

• Outpatient only clinic schedule – variable work week
• Physician/APP panel sharing model
• Nurse call center to assist with on-call workload
• Nurse coordinators support high needs patients
• Centralized prescription refill team
• Interdisciplinary team and quick access to specialty services
• Epic EMR – universal throughout Geisinger

• Compensation – competitive salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience
• Up to $250k recruitment incentives
• Residency/Fellowship stipend – up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation
• Geography Stipend – up to 20k at specific clinics
• Continuing medical education – 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
• Fully paid relocation
• 401k – Geisinger annually contributes over $15k
