Seeking compassionate physicians interested in gaining competency in procedural abortion while providing comprehensive family medicine in a supportive community health clinic setting. Priority will be given to family physicians who intend to incorporate procedural abortion in their practice post-fellowship at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte. This fellowship is a part of the TEACH (Training in Early Abortion for Comprehensive Healthcare) program.

This role allows you to:
Support the Planned Parenthood Mar Monte mission by offering comprehensive primary
care services and abortion care, and to assist in the review and development of TEACH
curricula, advocacy events and research. The position involves:

• Full time, outpatient schedule in community clinic settings that are PCMH
  recognized
• Broad Spectrum care for vulnerable and underserved communities of all ages
• Team-based approach with support from a Care Coordination Team
• Abortion care and first trimester ultrasound training
• Customized NextGen EHR
• Light at home call

We are looking for people with:

• California license
• DEA license
• BLS certification
• Board Certified/Eligible (for recent graduates) in Family Medicine
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
