We're actively seeking passionate physicians in select specialties to serve as Medical Corps Officers in the Navy—joining a team committed to caring for service members and their families.

This is an Active-Duty role for a Final Year Resident or Fellow to become a Medical Corps Officer in the Navy.

Location: Full-Time in person position. Not a remote or telemedicine position. Nationwide.

Starting Annual Compensation: $230,000 to $325,000 (Depending on specialty)



Responsibilities: Deliver expert medical care across a wide range of specialties—from primary care to complex surgical procedures—while ensuring the health and readiness of service members and their families, in both clinical and operational settings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited school or ECFMG certified
  • Final Year of Residency
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Between the ages of 21 and 64
