A Day In the Life Of
As the smiling face of our office, you’ll help create amazing patient experiences by:
- Welcoming kids and families with genuine warmth and positivity
- Updating patient info + verifying insurance
- Helping families with treatment plans, cost estimates & payment options
- Checking patients in/out and keeping the day running smoothly
- Answering calls, scheduling appointments & filling schedule gaps
- Supporting our clinical and admin teams when needed
- Keeping our office organized and stocked

What You'll Bring To The Table
Experience & Education
- 1 year previous experience required
- 2 years preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
Our ideal teammate:
- Truly enjoys working with kids
- Is patient, warm, and great with nervous little ones & parents
- Communicates clearly and kindly
- Stays organized in a busy, energetic (sometimes noisy!) environment
- Can multitask like a pro
- Is confident when discussing scheduling or balances
- Learns quickly and jumps in to help wherever needed
- Dental/insurance experience is a plus — but not required!
