• Greeting Patients: Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure patients feel at ease.
• Scheduling Appointments: Manage patient appointments efficiently and maintain an organized schedule.
• Patient Intake: Assist with check-ins, verify insurance information, and gather necessary documentation.
• Administrative Duties: Handle phone calls, emails, and medical records with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Supporting Clinical Staff: Occasionally assist with minor clinical tasks, such as taking vitals or preparing exam rooms (if certified).
