Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking a Full Time Gastroenterology Physician to join our team at Riverside Gastroenterology Specialists in Newport News / Hampton, Virginia.

Riverside Medical Group is seeking a full-time general gastroenterologist to join Riverside Gastroenterology Specialists in Newport News/Hampton, Virginia.

Highlights:

• Outpatient practice with inpatient coverage responsibilities, no weekend call responsibilities
• Collaborate with our 3 hospitalists, 10 outpatient physicians and 2 advanced procedural physicians
• Advanced practice provider support in outpatient clinic and inpatient setting
• Strong primary care referral base
• Epic EMR
• Active teaching facility with FM, IM & EM residents rotating with specialists if desired.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Certifications and Licenses:

• Licensed Medical Doctor – State of Virginia
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Current DEA

Qualifications

Education

• Doctoral Degree MD/DO, Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine (Required)

Experience

• Successful completion of residency or demonstrated experience in medical specialty (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

• Physician License (MD) - Virginia Board of Medicine (Required)
• Valid DEA pf controlled substances registration (Required)
