Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $116,480 - $156,936 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure
Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card
Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.
Experience in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Management or Acute Care, preferred.
