The Opportunity

We are seeking 2-3 motivated and qualified General Practitioners to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a practitioner looking to establish a long-term patient base in a high-growth area.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients across all demographics.

Manage acute and chronic conditions, including the development of GP Management Plans (GPMP) and Team Care Arrangements (TCA).

Perform minor clinical procedures (e.g., skin excisions, suturing) within the standard GP scope.

Conduct preventive health screenings, immunizations, and health assessments.

Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with Australian clinical guidelines and privacy legislation.

Participate in clinical supervision and peer review activities as required.

Selection Criteria (Essential)

Medical Degree: A primary medical qualification recognized by the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA).

Registration: Eligibility for General or Limited Registration with AHPRA.

Communication: High-level English proficiency (verbal and written) for effective clinical consultation and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Supervision: Willingness to work under a Structured Clinical Supervision arrangement (if required for AHPRA/RACGP/ACRRM pathways).

Compliance: Sound knowledge of Australian clinical standards, Medicare billing (MBS), and ethical practice.
