Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to diverse patient populations across inpatient and outpatient settings. Your expertise will help individuals and families navigate mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their wellness goals. Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including intake evaluations and psychological testing, to establish accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and behavioral health techniques.

Deliver specialized care for populations including children, adolescents, middle aged individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, PTSD, addiction issues, and those with disabilities.

Maintain detailed and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

Supervise clinical staff or interns as needed, fostering a supportive learning environment while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Valid licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the relevant state or jurisdiction.

Proven experience working with children, families, and diverse populations in clinical settings such as hospitals or outpatient clinics.

Strong knowledge of mental health counseling techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychotherapeutic interventions, and diagnostic evaluation.

Experience with crisis intervention protocols and managing psychiatric emergencies.

Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering remote therapy sessions effectively.

Background in conducting psychological testing for diagnostic purposes; experience with inpatient or outpatient mental health services is preferred.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages; supervisory experience is a plus.
