Part-Time: 10–15 hours per week

Work Schedule: Weekdays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; occasional evenings or weekends for special events as needed

Compensation: $40 per hour

Position Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a part time position that will provide therapeutic and supportive counseling services to clients throughout Burlington County using a combination of office-based sessions, mobile services delivered via an agency van, and virtual platforms. This position requires the LCSW to serve as the driver of the agency van during mobile service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy and supportive counseling within the scope of LCSW licensure and agency guidelines
• Deliver services in office, mobile van, and virtual settings
• Safely operate the agency van for mobile services; the LCSW will typically be the driver
• Travel throughout Burlington County to provide community-based services and support outreach and community engagement as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements
• Maintain flexibility to work a diversified schedule

Qualifications:

• Master’s in a mental health field such as Social Work or Counseling
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey LCSW License
• Minimum of 2 yrs of relevant clinical experience
• Experience addressing trauma and applying trauma-informed care approaches (e.g., TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT, Somatic Experiencing), safety planning, crisis intervention, and culturally competent care

• Experienced in individual therapy, group therapy, telehealth and in-person

• Experienced and comfortable with community engagement and building and maintaining partnerships
• Self-motivated
• Insurable with no restrictions impacting coverage, including the ability to drive the agency vehicle
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Committed to serving diverse and underserved populations
