Edify Counseling GroupPosition OverviewEdify Counseling Group is seeking a male licensed therapist to join our growing team of clinicians. This position is ideal for a compassionate, motivated professional who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families experience meaningful change.Due to the needs of our client population, we are specifically seeking a male clinician to support male clients who prefer working with a therapist of the same gender.The clinician will provide therapy services while working within a supportive team environment that values collaboration, professional growth, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our EHR system
• Participate in case consultation and clinician meetings
• Develop and maintain a professional caseload
• Provide ethical and high-quality mental health care to clients
• Collaborate with other clinicians when appropriate

QualificationsCandidates should meet the following criteria:• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent license
• Active license in the state of Florida
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, couples, or families
• Strong clinical documentation and ethical practice standards
• Passion for helping clients grow emotionally and mentally
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team

Preferred but not required:• Experience working with men's issues
• Experience with couples counseling
• Interest in temperament therapy or integrative counseling approaches
