Job Responsibilities
Measure and record patients’ vital signs.
Assist physicians during exams and procedures.
Manage patient records and appointment scheduling.
Communicate care instructions and support patients.
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher (2-year college or above)
Applicants from non-medical backgrounds (e.g., business, engineering, theology) have successfully
progressed through the Labor Certification (LC) stage
Basic English communication skills required
Training Program
Applicants without prior experience must complete a 6-week Medical Assistant training program (online + in-person)
at a center near the facility. Training begins after arrival in the U.S. under the EB-3 visa. Applicants will be responsible for covering their own training costs.
Compensation & Work Schedule
Hourly Wage: USD 20–24
Work Schedule Options:
5-day shifts:
8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
3-day shifts:
7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Contract Term: 3 years (eligible to change employers after 1 year without penalty)
