About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to step into a critical, all-encompassing role within our luxury aesthetic practice. This position is the backbone of daily operations—supporting providers, patients, systems, and leadership.
This is not a basic MA role. This is an elevated, trusted position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, takes ownership, and enjoys being deeply involved in both clinical care and practice operations.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
- Support skincare sales and product education
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Inventory management of medical and aesthetic supplies
- Assist providers with injectable treatments, laser procedures, and advanced aesthetic services including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all supplies, devices, and medications are ready and stocked
- Maintain strict infection control, OSHA compliance, and safety protocols
- Assist with before-and-after photos, patient positioning
- Support patient flow during busy clinic days to keep schedules running on time
Patient Experience
- Deliver a warm, elevated, concierge-level experience from start to finish
- Assist with patient intake, consent forms, and pre/post-treatment education
- Serve as a knowledgeable, calming presence for patients during treatments
- Handle patient questions with professionalism and discretion
Operations & Office Support
- Act as the primary “right hand” to the providers and leadership team
- Manage daily clinic flow, room turnover, and task prioritization
- Support inventory management, ordering, and organization of back-office supplies
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
- Troubleshoot issues before they become problems
Administrative & Team Support
- Communicate effectively with front desk, estheticians, injectors, and leadership
- Assist with charting, documentation, and systems upkeep as needed
- Help maintain practice standards, protocols, and workflow efficiency
- Step in where needed—this is a true team-first role
Who You Are
- A licensed or certified Medical Assistant (or equivalent clinical experience)
- Exceptionally organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Calm under pressure and confident managing multiple priorities
- A natural problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Professional, polished, and aligned with a luxury brand environment
- Comfortable with responsibility and accountability
- Emotionally intelligent and team-oriented
- Must have phlebotomy experience.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience in aesthetics, med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery
- Familiarity with injectables, lasers, or medical-grade skincare
- Experience working closely with leadership or in a fast-growing practice

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
