Physician Support is seeking a part-time physician for a Medical Digital Transformation Lead position. These roles are funded through the OPOR program through December 2027, with discussions ongoing regarding longer-term support. FTE allocation may vary based on zone size and clinical engagement needs (e.g., two MDTLs in Central Zone to support both QEII and Dartmouth General sites). MDTLs will receive formal training through Oracle Health and other informatics-focused professional development to support them in this work. The goal is to embed physician leadership across all zones and IWK to enable safe, efficient, and sustainable digital care delivery.
