Position OverviewEdify Counseling Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated 

Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a growing mental health practice. This individual will play a critical leadership role in supporting clinicians, managing administrative staff, improving systems, and helping scale our services as we expand across multiple states. The Practice Manager will work closely with the Founder and Clinical Director to ensure smooth operations, maintain high standards of care, and support the continued growth of Edify Counseling Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who is passionate about mental health, organizational excellence, and building systems that allow clinicians to focus on client care.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management• Oversee day-to-day operations of the counseling practice
• Ensure efficient scheduling, client onboarding, and workflow management
• Maintain operational standards and policies
• Assist with the implementation of systems and automation to improve efficiency 

Staff Leadership• Supervise administrative staff and interns
• Coordinate clinician onboarding and credentialing processes
• Facilitate staff communication and alignment with organizational goals
• Help maintain a positive and professional team culture

Financial Oversight• Monitor billing, insurance reimbursements, and payment systems
• Track operational expenses and support financial reporting
• Assist with payroll coordination and clinician compensation processes

Systems & Growth• Help implement KPI tracking for operational performance
• Improve administrative processes and workflows
• Support expansion initiatives, including onboarding clinicians and new services
• Assist in scaling operations as Edify continues to grow

QualificationsPreferred candidates will demonstrate:• Experience managing operations in a healthcare, counseling, or medical practice
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating teams
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems (SimplePractice preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
