PATIENT INFORMATION

• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 12–25 patients/day in clinic

• Case Mix: General neurology (subspecialty interests encouraged)

FACILITY INFORMATION
• EMR System: EPIC – HIMSS Stage VII certified
• Office Equipment Available: Standard neurology clinic tools
• Specialty Backup Available: Collegial group of system physicians
• Support Staff Available: Full hospital and clinic team
• Reason for Coverage: System growth and expansion

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: 90–120 days post-offer

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active IN license (or ability to obtain)
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible 
• Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new grads
• Other Qualifications: Interest in subspecialty focus supported

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient neurology care
• Manage 12–25 patients daily in the clinic
• Participate in 1:4 call rotation
• Collaborate with hospital and clinic-based teams
• Document using EPIC EMR system
• Contribute to the continued expansion of neurology services within a growing health system
