This is a full-time onsite leadership position responsible for overseeing Operating Room clinical operations, nursing staff leadership, patient safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, budgeting, workforce planning, and quality improvement efforts within a high-acuity surgical environment.

Key Requirements:

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• Active RN License
• 5+ years of patient care experience
• 5+ years of healthcare operations/clinical experience
• 4+ years of leadership experience
• Strong Operating Room leadership experience (required)
• Acute-care hospital background
• BLS certification

Preferred:

• PALS Certification
• ANCC Certification
• Experience leading perioperative or surgical services teams
