About the Role
Circle Health is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing telehealth team in a fully remote teleconsulting capacity.
This role offers flexibility while contributing to high-quality virtual patient care services across chronic care and virtual healthcare programs.
Licensure Requirements
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license for | Texas, Maryland, Ohio and Missouri
Must hold a valid license.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Initial visits.
Conduct telephonic patient consultations
Perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
Support patient care coordination and follow-ups
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
Comfortable working in a telehealth and remote care environment
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Ability to work independently and manage virtual consultations effectively
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is preferred
