We are actively recruiting a full-time Inpatient Palliative Care APP tojoin our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Palliative Care team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients.
About the position:
General Schedule M-F, 5 8-hour days
No Call
Average 8-12 patients seen per day
Works with an interdisciplinary team, including other physicians, ARNPs, a social worker, and a chaplain
Qualifications:
Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
Certification Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse preferred
One to 3 years’ experience in inpatient palliative care setting preferred
Experience with complex symptom management including opioid drips, methadone and buprenorphine strongly preferred
