Remote-Specific Roles & Responsibilities

Because this is a fully remote role, your duties focus on high-level clinical decision-making and digital patient engagement:

• Virtual Consultations: Conduct video-based patient assessments and diagnostic reviews.
• Remote Clinical Triage: Evaluate patient symptoms via secure messaging and determine necessary care pathways.
• Care Strategy & Advisory: Collaborate with our Medical Directors on complex case reviews and treatment protocols.
• Digital Prescription Management: Manage and authorize prescriptions through our integrated EHR system.
• Specialized Health Coaching: Provide expert guidance on chronic disease management and preventive wellness.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
• Board Certification (FNP, AGNP, or PMHNP preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in an acute or primary care setting.
• High proficiency with Telehealth platforms and digital documentation.
• A quiet, professional home office environment with high-speed internet.
