What you'll be working on:

  • Managing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits onsite at a unique employer health clinic
  • Evaluating, treating, and following up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions
  • Managing the testing and treatment for infectious and hazardous material exposures in the workplace
  • Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
  • Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams 
  • Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures 

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

  • Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
  • Occupational Health clinical experience required
  • Workers Compensation experience required, including experience working with adjusters, RFAs, AOE/COE, work restrictions, etc.
  • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an Occupational Health clinic setting
  • State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in the Los Angeles, CA area.

The base pay range for this role is $165,000 to $175,000 annually based on 40 hours per week of patient care. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
