Job Summary

The OR RN Leader provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the Operating Room, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality perioperative patient care. This role combines hands-on clinical expertise with staff leadership, coordination of surgical services, and collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, and hospital leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

• Lead and support OR nursing staff during surgical procedures
• Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases and emergencies
• Perform circulating and/or scrub RN duties as needed

Required

• Active RN license 
• Minimum 2–3 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of perioperative standards and surgical workflows
• BLS required
