Affiliated Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a confident and relationship-driven Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
This role is central to the patient experience. As the Treatment Coordinator, you will guide patients and families through their orthodontic consultation, clearly explain treatment recommendations, review financial options, and help patients feel confident moving forward with care.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with people, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of creating an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct orthodontic consultations with patients and parents
- Present doctor-recommended treatment plans in clear, easy-to-understand language
- Review insurance benefits and present financial options
- Answer patient questions and guide families through treatment decisions
- Coordinate treatment start scheduling
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

- Minimum 1 year experience in a dental or orthodontic treatment coordinator role
- Strong understanding of orthodontic treatment and insurance processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office
