Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing orthodontic treatment, guiding them through the treatment process, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help us deliver exceptional care while maintaining efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between patients, parents, and the orthodontic team to coordinate treatment plans and appointments
• Educate patients and families about orthodontic procedures, treatment options, and post-treatment care
• Schedule consultations, follow-up visits, and ongoing appointments using patient management software
• Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and communicate financial responsibilities clearly to patients
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure all documentation complies with health regulation policies
• Answer phone inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service and support to prospective and current patients
• Uphold patient confidentiality at all times while managing sensitive medical information with precision

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of orthodontic treatment planning experience
• Experience with Edge software preferred
• Excellent communication and patient service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team
