Experience/Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet and check in patients while providing exceptional customer service 
• Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment with families 
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial discussions 
• Manage incoming calls, patient communications, and front desk workflow 
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth daily operations 
• Support a positive, kid-friendly environment for patients and parents 
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred 
• Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling systems preferred 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
