At Icon Pediatric Dentistry, we believe building healthy, happy smiles starts young — and so does a positive dental experience. We’re looking for a Pediatric Dental Assistant who’s not only skilled and organized but also knows how to make kids feel calm, comfortable, and even excited to visit the dentist!

If you’re someone who loves working with children, communicates with kindness and patience, and brings a smile to every interaction — we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome pediatric patients and their families with a friendly, reassuring attitude

• Assist the doctor with cleanings, exams, sealants, fluoride treatments, and X-rays

• Help prepare and turn over rooms efficiently while maintaining a kid-friendly atmosphere

• Educate children (and parents!) on proper brushing and oral care in a fun, encouraging way

• Use your calm and creativity to ease dental anxiety and build trust with young patients

• Keep accurate records and assist with charting, treatment notes, and sterilization

• Maintain compliance with all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in pediatric or general dentistry preferred (but we’re happy to train the right person!)

• A true love for working with kids and families

• Radiology certification preferred (or willing to obtain)

• CPR certification (or willing to obtain)

• A positive attitude, great communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy office
