PHARM TECHNICIAN

Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prescription logs.
• Manage stock levels, check expiry dates, and ensure proper storage of drugs.
• Handle billing, insurance claims, and POS transactions.
• Educate patients on medication usage and safety (as directed by the pharmacist).
• Comply with all pharmacy laws, ethics, and company SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Technician or related field.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and drug handling.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
