Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a Physician Liaison to join our Marketing team!
Under the direction of the Marketing and Creative Manager, the Physician Liaison is responsible for building relationships between NWSH and medical offices within the community. The Physician Liaison will meet with the local physicians to promote NWSH services. This position will foster relationships between physicians' offices and NWSH, to increase the number of patients referred to our facility for treatment and care. The Physician will assess how physicians feel about their relationship with the hospital, analyzing the success of referral patient care, and communicating new options available to enhance the success of the hospital-physician relationship. This position will attend and support a variety of sponsorships and events and assist with preparation and setup of events. The Physician Liaison will need to project a professional demeanor and appearance while maintaining the confidentiality of the Hospital and employees as appropriate. This position will require excellent customer service skills and communication skills. Works under stress and in situations that demand patience and tact while providing impeccable service. Local travel will be required to complete job duties. Other duties as assigned.
