Psychiatrist

SearchPlus HR is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatrist. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and supporting patients with various mental health disorders. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement effective treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including psychotherapy and medication management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in psychiatry to enhance clinical practice.
• Participate in case discussions and team meetings to ensure quality care.
• Uphold ethical standards and best practices in psychiatric care.

• Medical degree and valid license to practice psychiatry.
• Completion of residency training in psychiatry.
• Experience in diagnosing and treating a range of mental health conditions.
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and psychotherapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
