Psychiatric AI systems learn from examples reviewed by psychiatrists. The teams building them need psychiatrists who can create realistic and challenging case studies, judge how well the AI handles assessments and clinical content, write the answer a professional would give, and explain exactly where the AI falls short. Your evaluations help improve the accuracy and safety of psychiatric AI answers. This is remote, part-time contractor work applying your psychiatric expertise to AI evaluation.

What you'll do

• Build complex psychiatric case studies, then assess how well the AI handles them

• Use psychological assessments to produce expert annotations

• Produce accurate clinical documentation and analyses in both Georgian and English

• Apply ethical judgment when reviewing sensitive mental health content, then comment on how AI evaluations are conducted

Who this is for

• Hold an MD, MBBS, or an equivalent medical degree; psychiatry residency must be completed, and medical licensure must be valid

• Have professional fluency in Georgian and advanced written and spoken English

• Bring cultural sensitivity, ethical reasoning, familiarity with Georgian and Western psychiatric frameworks, and strong written communication

• Helpful background includes educational case study development or work with technology, research, or digital health projects

• No AI experience needed. You bring the psychiatric expertise; your clinical judgment helps evaluate and improve AI-generated psychiatric answers.
