Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join a growing dental team. In this role, you will provide preventive dental care, perform professional cleanings, and assist dentists during examinations and procedures. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dedicated to patient care, and passionate about promoting oral health education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing
• Conduct patient screenings and oral health assessments
• Take, review, and interpret dental X-rays
• Assist dentists during examinations and clinical procedures
• Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient dental records
• Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
• Provide excellent patient care and maintain a welcoming environment
• Support the dental team in maintaining an organized clinical area

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of dental instruments and hygiene procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient care and professional ethics

• Experience in general dentistry or dental clinic settings
• Familiarity with dental software systems
