We are seeking an ambitious and driven Registered Care Manager to take on a key leadership role, working closely alongside the Director to shape the future success of the branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and truly make an impact.

Whether you are an experienced Registered Care Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop alongside a thriving branch.

The branch is based in Ealing/Uxbridge, providing services across Ealing, Uxbridge and surrounding areas.

You will work collaboratively with the main Franchisor, overseeing the growth, compliance, and development of the homecare branch. Ongoing support will be provided, along with the opportunity to build and lead your own high-performing care team.

Key Requirements:

• Registered Manager qualification – Level 5 NVQ in Health & Social Care or a relevant degree

• Proven experience in domiciliary care with a strong quality track record

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Experience with CQC inspections

• Ability to collaborate with the Franchisor

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice

• Passion for person-centred care
