The positions are permanent, full time with a minimum of 76 hours per fortnight with a base salary range of $70,843.66 - $87,192.19 depending on experience+ superannuation+ salary packaging benefits!

About the Opportunity-

Bolton Clarke Registered Nurses provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:

  • Providing and monitoring the care of residents
  • Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
  • Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
  • Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
  • Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

About You

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Current AHPRA registration (Division 1) 
  • 1 year full time working experience (or equivalent) previous experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience working as an After-hours supervisor is highly desirable
  • Availability and reliability to commit to permanent shifts
  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members
