Our client, a top hospital, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab) team.
Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to acutely ill patients under the supervision of the Cath Lab Director. Responsibilities include performing specialized procedures and interventions within the scope of practice as defined by the Iowa State Board of Nursing. The RN will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Iowa or a Compact State
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) certification
Experience in ICU, Telemetry, or Progressive Care nursing
Recent clinical RN experience
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of experience in Medical/Surgical or Critical Care nursing
One (1) year of Emergency Room (ER) experience
