Registered Nurse(RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Remote Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care and support through telehealth services. In this role, you will utilize your nursing expertise to assess, educate, and guide patients on their health journeys from the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and consultations via video calls, phone calls, and secure messaging.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
- Educate patients on managing chronic conditions, medications, and wellness strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support, adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in telehealth and nursing.
- Participate in training and development programs as needed.

Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in any state of practice.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, with a preference for experience in telehealth or remote patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
