What our Registered Nurses Do:

• Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care for a young adult patient with complex medical needs.
• Perform ventilator, tracheostomy, and specialized nursing interventions as needed.
• Work closely with family members to offer education, guidance, and emotional support.
• Monitor, assess, and implement care plans tailored to your patient's needs.
• Document and communicate care updates in a team-centered, excellence-driven environment.

Who We're Looking For:

RN or LPN with a current Washington State license (Multi-state licenses from Compact States accepted).
New grads welcome! If you're eager to learn, we provide specialized training to ensure success.

Pay Range:

RN: $34.50-$37.00 DOE Plus shift differentials

LPN: $26.00-$33.00 DOE Plus shift differentials
